Job Description
We are hiring a Production Manager in the PVC materials industry
Key Responsibilities
- •Ensures the execution of PVC joinery with insulated glass according to project specifications and quality plans
- •Ensures compliance with technical execution procedures for PVC windows and doors with double glazing
- •Receives production orders from the sales department
- •Communicates material requirements to the procurement department
- •Coordinates a technical team of 30 people
- •Sets objectives and organizes team activities
- •Proposes improvements to work processes
- •Identifies training needs within the team
Requirements
- •Experience in production management
- •Proficiency in production technologies
- •Ability to improve production processes and team performance
- •Strong communication skills
- •Category B driving license
