Key Responsibilities

• •Develops and improves the performance of pyrolysis installations
• •Solves operational obstacles and issues
• •Ensures necessary maintenance and repairs
• •Analyzes and calculates performance indicators
• •Follows standard protocol in the production process
• •Coordinates, trains, and manages production engineers
• •Creates reports and summaries for the General Director
• •Delegates and distributes tasks and objectives to each team member

Requirements

• •Passion for improving the environment and reducing waste
• •Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• •Communication skills, proactivity, initiative, and creativity
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in refineries / energy plants / pressure installations
• •Mechanical Engineering expertise and knowledge of chemistry
• •Ability and knowledge to improve performance in the recycling process
• •Organizational and coordination skills, supported by creativity and perseverance
• •Knowledge of performance indicator calculations
• •Office skills: Excel, Word
